[Case Study] Saga Prefecture, Kawasaki Foods Co., Ltd.

Dehydrating food waste to turn it into feed! A case that led to a cost reduction of 3 million yen per year.

We would like to introduce a case of introducing a dedicated sprout processing machine to Kawasaki Foods Co., Ltd. in Saga Prefecture. They were using an existing dehydrator for reduction, but faced issues such as insufficient squeezing, which caused blockages inside the dehydrator, and they reached out to us for assistance. With a request to improve dehydration efficiency, they first confirmed that our dehydrator could effectively dehydrate the sprouts. Additionally, since the dehydrated sprouts could be converted into feed, we proposed this solution, leading to an annual cost reduction of 3 million yen. [Case Study] Kumamoto Prefecture Craft Whiskey Maker

Designed the size of the temporary receiving hopper to be large! An example of a system arranged in an L-shape.

We would like to introduce a case where a dedicated malt processing device was installed for a craft whiskey maker in Kumamoto Prefecture. With the establishment of the new distillery, a malt residue dewatering machine was introduced. Due to the request to discharge the entire amount of malt from the mash tun (1 ton) at once, we designed a large-sized temporary receiving hopper. Since the installation space was limited, the entire system was designed and arranged in an L-shape. [Overview] ■ Challenges - Establishment of a new distillery, with a desire to discharge the entire amount of malt from the mash tun (1 ton) at once. ■ Results - Designed a large-sized temporary receiving hopper. - Since the installation space was limited, the entire system was designed and arranged in an L-shape. - The dewatered malt is used as feed, adopting an eco-feed system. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
